We all know being physically active has many positive health benefits. However, there is much misinformation surrounding the topic. Whether you are hoping to begin your journey of being physically active or are already engaging in physical activity but need additional guidance, we are happy to help. We can complete a consultation either in-person or remotely to assess your physical activity levels, goals, and establish a game plan to help you move forward.
Many folks may want assistance with learning new exercises. Often we work with individuals looking to learn foundational exercises such as squat, bench press, deadlift, and overhead press to name a few. We offer one-on-one in-person sessions to aid with learning new exercises.
Injury is, unfortunately, a large part of sport. We focus on specific strengthening based on current best evidence to reduce your risk of getting injured.
Our Clinic Intake Process
- Schedule an appointment via email or phone
- Our staff will enter you into our patient portal (Office Ally)
- Receive electronic intake paperwork that will be sent directly to healthcare professional upon completion
Day of Appointment
- Arrive and check-in with the front desk
- Individual consultation with a healthcare professional to assess ongoing symptoms, complete physical examination, investigate further if needed, or provide management recommendations
- Some cases may warrant further management inclusive of physical rehabilitation services such as exercise therapy.
- Each case will be provided individualized care based on needs and goals.
